The objective of this program is for Managers and Supervisors to develop the knowledge and skills required to fulfill their duties and responsibilities under the Victorian OHS legislation.

Course Content:

• A basic understanding of the Victorian OHS Act and Regulations
• Outline of the roles and responsibilities as a manager/supervisor or officer and legal duties, including requirements under Workplace Manslaughter
• Application of hazard management using some practical case studies (including examples of employees working from home)
• Determine, implement and monitor OHS control measures.
