Understanding the role of the HSR (Half day) 3 HOUR Course
The objective of this program is for Managers, Supervisors and other administration personnel, to understand the legal powers and role of the Health and Safety Representative (HSR), and the legal duty that Employers have in terms of their responsibilities to support HSRs within their workplace.

Course Content:
- A basic understanding of the Victorian OHS Act and Regulations in relation to the HSR role and powers
- Outline of the duties and responsibilities for managers/supervisors and how they can best support their HSRs
- Understanding the importance of risk management and consultation with respect to supporting HSRs in the workplace
